In our training courses, you’ll learn how to make efficient use of all the functions of our KVM solutions – for smooth operations, satisfied users, and easy self-configuration.
Using real-world use cases and your own system environment, we provide knowledge you can apply directly in your day-to-day operations.
We offer various training modules to help you as a user, technician or KVM partner operate your KVM systems more easily and effectively.
The modules include theoretical and practical aspects and are always geared towards the questions and needs of the participants. This leaves enough room for flexibility and individualization, despite the necessary standardization.

This module provides an overview of the various G&D solutions and explains the differences between extenders, switches, matrix systems and video processing solutions. Video signals and transmission technologies such as DVI, DP, CAT and fiber optic cables are covered, including their characteristics and maximum transmission lengths. Finally, an overall solution and its components are presented to provide a comprehensive understanding of the system architecture.
Participants receive a comprehensive overview of the entire system architecture of their individual application. They learn how their working environment is integrated into the larger network and which components are interconnected.
In this practical part, participants learn how to set up and connect a system from scratch. The understanding of the physical structure and cabling is deepened.
After setting up and connecting the system in the previous module, the focus is now on structuring the system. Participants learn how to make the basic system settings and configure the individual components.
This module introduces various add-ons that make it easier to operate the system and enable quick switching or control. The aim is to familiarize participants with additional tools that increase their ease of use.
In this part, participants will learn how to efficiently back up, restore and update system settings.
We show participants how to respond effectively in the event of a fault and quickly restore individual components to operation – ensuring maximum system availability.
Advanced control functions are presented that enable system operation via IP. Complex switching scenarios are created using XML and tested in practice.
Participants will learn how to expand and scale the matrix system with additional central units. The basics of cascading as well as setting up a KVM matrix grid and its back-up are explained.
Participants will learn how to implement redundancy strategies to ensure system reliability and stability. Basic concepts and solutions for ensuring system availability are covered.
The best way to talk about complex topics is in person. Via chat, e-mail, phone or in a personal demo remote or on-site.
